Position Overview

We are searching for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team of imaging specialists dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. You will leverage cutting-edge ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic procedures, work alongside a supportive group of healthcare professionals, and bring reassurance to patients through precise and timely imaging.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Conducting various ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures, all while providing clear and compassionate explanations

Collaborating closely with radiologists and consulting physicians to deliver high-caliber diagnostic images

Operating and maintaining imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions

Accurately documenting procedures and keeping patient records within our electronic medical systems

Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Education Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field

Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent organization

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Proficient in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
