The Director of Human Resources will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Human Resources function, supporting the organization's continued growth and scalability. This role is responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll while developing people strategies that align with business objectives. The Director of Human Resources will serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, helping attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. This position will play a key role in building and scaling the HR team, processes, and programs needed to support a growing organization.

Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.

Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

Build, lead, and develop the HR team, including HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll personnel.

Lead employee relations efforts, performance management programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Evaluate and implement HR systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee outcomes.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership role.
• Experience leading Human Resources within a small to mid-sized company environment or privately held organization.
• Proven experience overseeing HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll functions.
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming an HR department during periods of company growth.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and partnering with leaders to support hiring and workforce planning needs.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing HR teams.
