Millwright/Mechanical Maintenance

The mechanic is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The mechanical technician improves the maintenance-related nonproductive time ratio of the product line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and enhances maintenance efficiency and productivity.

Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and in compliance with the reliability‑centered maintenance strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.

Record materials, supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).

Improve asset turnaround time by reducing downtime, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures, and work‑in‑process.

Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and productivity of maintenance technicians.

Implement CoSD projects such as planned repair and reuse of parts.

Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
