Technical Recruitment Sourcer

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative organization within the advanced manufacturing and technology industry. The company offers a collaborative environment and is seeking an experienced recruiter who can quickly build relationships and support a high volume of specialized hiring needs.
The Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and professional openings. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop effective search strategies, engage qualified candidates, and guide each search from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
Manage the complete recruitment process for technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
Review applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
Gather and organize interview feedback to keep hiring decisions moving forward
Maintain recruiting practices that align with applicable employment laws and company policies
Five or more years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Previous success recruiting for technical and professional positions
Corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related area, or equivalent professional experience
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and hiring leaders
Working knowledge of recruiting regulations and hiring best practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business applications
Contract length: As soon as possible
Collaborative partnership with hiring managers and the People and Culture team
