About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Unit at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital provides patient care according to nursing standards, utilizing clinical skills to implement the nursing process and support patient-driven outcomes.

Department/Unit: Cardiac Unit
Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
Pay: $37.76 - $82.96/Hourly
What You'll Do Complete nursing assessments accurately and timely.
Develop and implement a plan of care reflecting patient needs and goals.
Provide, evaluate, and modify nursing care to achieve objectives.
Complete patient care documentation per established standards.
Transcribe or acknowledge doctors' orders and carry them out as directed.
Coordinate nursing care activities with other team members.
Mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
Experience in nursing required
Licenses & Certifications: Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse
