Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
Perform and assist with procedures including total joint and spine surgeries
Manage patients requiring traction and orthopedic precautions including spine, hip, and joint protocols
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians on night shift
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg or Orthopedic experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills

Familiarity with traction equipment and management
Experience with spine, hip, and joint precautions
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
