Client Tech Support Rep

Microchip USA is an independent technology distributor headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with additional offices in Houston, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen, China, and a prior presence in Europe. We specialize in sourcing hard-to-find, end-of-life, and excess electronic components, supporting some of the world’s leading manufacturers when traditional supply chains fall short. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clients accurate order status updates via email and phone

• Document and update client records based on the operating CRM
• Previous experience in client success or other related fields
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)
