Practice Info

Full-time outpatient practice with hospital consults and inpatient acute rehab management

Join a team of four physicians, one physician assistant, and one nurse practitioner

Collaborative environment with therapists, social workers, case management, and nursing staff

CARF-accredited facility serving adolescents and adults in general rehab and brain injury

Academic appointment through a medical school available
