Commercial & Residential Cleaning Company seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment (Indeed & local sourcing)

Process payroll using FingerCheck

Ensure payroll law compliance

Manage prevailing wage compliance & reporting

Requirements

Knowledge of prevailing wage laws (required)

Payroll experience

Previous HR & Recruiting experience (required)

Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
