This opportunity is designed for an attorney with significant experience advising complex governmental or institutional operations, managing sensitive legal matters, and leading senior-level legal staff across multiple functional areas.

The individual selected will serve as a strategic legal advisor supporting executive leadership, operational divisions, oversight bodies, and affiliated entities on a broad range of regulatory, litigation, transactional, and policy-related matters.

Directing workflow and legal priorities within an assigned practice group

Leading and mentoring experienced legal professionals and coordinating external counsel relationships

Managing high-exposure disputes, regulatory concerns, and operational risk matters

Advising leadership teams on governance, compliance, procedural interpretation, and organizational liability

Drafting and negotiating complex agreements, policy frameworks, operational directives, and institutional resolutions

Providing strategic guidance involving development initiatives, procurement structures, land-related matters, and public-facing projects

Representing organizational interests in administrative proceedings and litigation matters at multiple court levels

Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments impacting organizational operations and advising stakeholders accordingly

Participating in executive meetings, strategic planning discussions, and internal training initiatives as needed

Extensive legal practice experience with prior leadership responsibility overseeing attorneys or legal teams

Licensed and in good standing to practice law within the State of Georgia

Public sector, municipal, quasi-governmental, or institutional advisory experience

Familiarity with transactional, property-related, development, governance, infrastructure, finance, procurement, or technology-related legal work
