Human Resources Recruiter (Bilingual)

Job Description Ron's Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate assignment details, schedules, attendance expectations, and workplace policies to employees.
Follow up with employees regarding attendance, job performance, and assignment completion.
Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to field employees.
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in applicants.
Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals established by management.
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Knowledge of staffing industry operations and employment practices.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods.
