[Remote] Head of Pre-Sales

As a Pre-Sales-Manager (m/f/d), you translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on IPOINT’s Product Compliance and Sustainability software. You act as a trusted advisor for international customers in Automotive, Electronics, and Discrete Manufacturing, guiding them throughout the entire decision-making process.
3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Presales, or Project Management in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of Product Compliance and Sustainability (Automotive / Manufacturing experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills, structured working style, customer-focused mindset, and a “can-do” attitude
Fluent in both German and English
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into IPOINT solutions
Build long-term customer relationships and support events and workshops
Work closely with Product Management, Project, and IT teams
