As an Associate Merchant, your decisions will shape what millions of customers see on our shelves—and how they experience their homes. You'll set the strategy, lead the category, and define the future of flooring assortments nationwide. This is a role where your insight drives real revenue and your impact is felt in every store.
Leading the strategic vision for your category: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing margin.
Building trend-right product assortments that reflect customer needs across all U.Partnering with cross-functional teams like Inventory, Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to bring product strategies to life in-store and online.
Collaborating with Regional Merchandising leads to ensure tailored assortments for each market.
Driving decisions through data: analyzing performance, market trends, and customer behavior to make sharp, informed calls.
5+ years of hands-on merchandising experience paired with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to forecast market trends ahead of competitors.
• Leadership that drives cross-functional alignment and high-quality execution.
• Comfort managing multiple moving parts while delivering on both detail and deadlines

Limited travel may be required including air and car travel
