As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll serve as the face of American Mattress in one of our local showrooms. You'll work one-on-one with customers to help them find the perfect sleep solution, while earning competitive pay through base compensation, commission, and performance bonuses. Greet customers and provide exceptional service with a personal touch.
Learn about our mattress products and help customers find the right fit.
Maintain a clean, organized showroom that reflects our brand standards.
Handle basic operational tasks including inventory, point-of-sale, and opening/closing duties.
Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and customer needs.
Take ownership of your store's daily performance and customer satisfaction.
Base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
