Head of Recruiting & HR

I’m partnering with a growing B2B technology organization to identify a talented People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategy and support across key business divisions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, enhance employee experience, and drive culture initiatives.
The People & Culture Manager will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership while ensuring consistent execution of People & Culture programs, policies, and processes.
HR Business Partnership
Provide HR leadership and support to assigned business divisions
Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, programs, and processes
Lead recruiting efforts for open positions within assigned teams
Partner with hiring managers to define needs and role requirements
Collaborate on job postings, candidate communication, and hiring operations
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers, job changes, and exits
Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS updates
Employee Relations
Advise leaders on workplace concerns, performance matters, and policy interpretation
Performance Management & Development
Coach leaders through performance conversations and development planning
Promote consistent performance management practices across teams
Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture programs
HR Operations
Ensure accurate completion of HR processes and documentation
Partner with People Operations on HRIS, reporting, and administrative needs
6–12 years of progressive HR experience
Experience as a full lifecycle People & Culture Manager within a B2B technology environment
Strong employee relations and HR business partnership experience
Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and engagement initiatives
3 days per week onsite in New York City
