About the Position The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment. The role oversees safety, quality, scheduling, inventory, shipping, training, safety advocacy, and process improvement.
Assign duties, examine work for quality, neatness, and conformance to policies.
Schedule job assignments for periodic and special inventories.
Monitor, direct, and perform accurate shipping of outbound orders.
Manage employee time including edits and corrections.
Mentor and coach associates, including corrective actions and performance evaluations.
Monitor zoning and product database development during receiving.
Perform training on policies, procedures, and Standard Works.
Assist in development of processes and process improvements.
Qualifications Bachelor degree (B.A./Minimum three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience; Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Travel Requirements Approximately 25% or less. A passport is not required but recommended.
