Maxim Healthcare is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This entry‑level role provides tools, training, and mentorship to build a successful career in recruitment and beyond.
Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $26.44 per hour
Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $10,000
Compensation: $60,000 per year ($50,000 base + $10,000 COLA) + weekly commission (after training)
