Overview Registered Nurse - ER (Emergency Department) travel assignment in Wolf Point, MT, US. Weekly pay range $2,118-$2,217 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift pattern: 3x12-hour shifts per week, with weekends and holidays and floating as needed. The role provides Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department coverage on a 50/50 split within a hospital setting. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Contract duration: Shift: 3x12-hour shifts; weekends/Holidays; Housing: Optional facility-provided housing available; Responsibilities Provide registered nursing care in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department settings with a 50/50 assignment split
Perform initial patient assessments, triage, ongoing monitoring, and timely escalation of care
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; observe for adverse reactions and document responses
support physician and multidisciplinary team during procedures
Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the electronic health record; ensure safe patient transitions and discharge planning
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions; coordinate with case management as needed
Requirements Active RN license in the applicable state (Montana) or eligible for licensure; Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department nursing experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with 12-hour shift blocks; Submission documents: Benefits and Support Housing options available if requested; facility housing may be available with rates disclosed at interview (no pets)
