Evening Restaurant Server

The Applebee's server will Delight our Guests by Exceeding Expectation by serving food and beverages to guests while accommodating the guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner following Applebee's Basic Service Steps and the Service Promise. The Server fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values.

Serve food and beverages using the Applebee's TEAM delivery system

Pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable

Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests' expectations

Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends

Be of legal age to serve alcohol

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
