Guests wake to views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge before venturing mere steps to next door Ghirardelli Square & Hyde Street Pier.

Assures the highest level of service, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our award winning hotel. The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. When servicing guests, the Bell Attendant is responsible for being professional, friendly, and helpful, using the "Five Hospitality Standards" of eye contact, a smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation, and use the guest's surname. In return, our Bell Attendant is rewarded with a competitive compensation.
