Conduct standard and complex clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and othersfollowing established protocols with care.
Assess results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist with specimen collections and prepare samples for accurate testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all processes, train new staff or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
Promote a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration with healthcare teams.
Meticulous organizational skills and focus on detail, particularly in quality control and documentation processes.
