Talent Sourcer, Sales Recruiting (Contract)
ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Diagnostics-focused team in Lake Forest, IL. You will partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand sales hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies for field and inside sales roles.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven success sourcing quota-carrying sales professionals, and excellent communication skills to engage top talent.
