Retail Salesperson - Urgently Hiring

Target annual commission: $Medical, Dental, Vision.

Building immediate rapport.

Hitting sales goals.

Solving problems for customers on the spot.

Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals.

Perform quick tire inspections.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.

Support store operations like inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.

2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred.

Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.

A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.

Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.

The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
