Carpet Cleaning Contractor

On-Site (Various residential and commercial properties across the Tampa Bay area)
We are seeking experienced Carpet Cleaning Technicians to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.
This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Perform carpet cleaning services (steam cleaning, deep cleaning, stain and odor removal)
Service residential homes, rental properties, and light commercial spaces
Assess carpet condition and recommend appropriate cleaning solutions
Maintain equipment and ensure high-quality service delivery
Prior carpet cleaning experience (required)
Must have your own carpet cleaning equipment (truck-mounted or portable system)
Knowledge of different carpet types, stain removal techniques, and cleaning solutions
Ability to handle residential and light commercial jobs
