Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Certification Required) - Clinical & OBM

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in both clinical services and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to join our diverse team in Elgin and be a part of our life‑changing mission. This role blends direct clinical work with staff performance, supporting both student outcomes and staff effectiveness.

The therapeutic, sensory‑driven Multi‑Needs Program serves individuals ages 3 through 21 with medical, developmental, and physical disabilities. Through the Life Skills Program, teachers and paraprofessionals provide individualized functional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.

Design and implement performance management systems for staff

Conduct organizational assessments to identify workflow and performance barriers

Develop KPIs and data systems to monitor staff productivity and quality outcomes

Provide staff training and performance feedback using behavioral principles

Experience or strong interest in OBM and/or performance management

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification with supervisory endorsement required

Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism required

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements
