Evaluate and optimize medication orders to identify and resolve potential drug-related risks before they reach the patient.
Mentor pharmacy technicians and students, providing the oversight and education necessary to maintain a high-performing, safety-focused pharmacy team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
~ Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
