What You'll Do
Provide high-quality care to adult patients with acute leukemia and hematology conditions
Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias, utilizing EPIC electronic charting
Administer blood products, IV therapy, and manage central/peripheral lines including PICC lines
Follow infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures, including fall prevention
Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams to ensure prompt patient intervention
Support patient education regarding care plans and treatments
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
What You Need
Required:

Valid Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in hematology or oncology
Strong telemetry skills, including dysrhythmia interpretation and IV management
Preferred:
ONS Chemo Certification
NIHSS Certification
