Associate Recruiter (IMMEDIATE HIRE)

Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Schedule interviews quickly and efficiently to keep our pipeline moving
Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
Partner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals
Track recruiting activity and help drive key hiring metrics
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus)
• You move candidates through the pipeline quickly and efficiently
