Job Description The Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support primarily to the sales staff and contractors. This role involves managing confidential information, coordinating meetings, scheduling, and ensuring efficient office operations using tools such as Google Workspace, Workiz, Adobe, and Meta Business Suite. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate and support diverse teams.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for sales staff and contractors
Handle correspondence, document preparation, and record keeping
Coordinate meetings and support phone management
Perform data entry and filing with attention to confidentiality
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Workiz, Adobe, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail
