10 Barrel Brewing Co. is a brewery that was founded in 2006 in Bend, Oregon with the philosophy of brewing beer, drinking beer, and having fun doing it.

The company is hiring a Pizza Cook in Portland, OR, offering a potential full-time position with pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

The duties of the Pizza Cook include maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, showing up on time, prepping and stocking the station, making dough, and following company procedures for pizza preparation.

As a Pizza cook at 10 Barrel brewing, you are part of a team that ensures guests are receiving a quality product that is not only up to our standards, but the guest’s modifications. You must be able to effectively work in an organized and quick manner so that food can come out together and in a timely fashion. All pizza cooks need to follow our procedures for tossing/topping and dough prep. As a pizza cook you are part of a larger kitchen and to be successful you must be able to work as a team.

This is potential of a full-time position with availability for PM, weekends and holidays.

Appropriately prep/stock station

Rotate product on station and in back stock

Be effective in communication with line/prep

Fill and stock station before any shift change

Keep station prep organized in walk in/downsize product

Clean oven daily/throughout the shift

Take trashes out at shift changes
