Work Environment\n This full-time LCSW position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in service delivery while maintaining engagement with clients, educators, and other professionals. You will engage regularly with school administrators and other health care professionals to ensure cohesive support for the student population.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough psychotherapy for students dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and other emotional or social difficulties. \Provide crisis intervention services, including urgent mental health evaluations, suicide assessments, and the execution of safety plans when necessary. \Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and healthcare providers to create a supportive network of care, ensuring that both preventive measures and interventions are in place for at-risk students. \Maintain updated and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and relevant communications to facilitate continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies. \Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures. \Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of mental health resources available to students and their families. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse student population in the school setting, ranging from elementary to high school aged individuals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to connect with students, understand their unique challenges, and advocate for their mental health needs.
