Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Arrowhead Mental Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

\Implementing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), custom-tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. \Maintaining detailed, accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient care. \Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide cohesive and effective treatment. \Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to engage in professional development and elevate the quality of care. \Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support. \Staying updated with current research in mental health to continuously enrich your clinical practice and improve treatment outcomes. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your work will primarily focus on patients experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges, including those facing terminal illnesses, grief, and end-of-life transitions at our Hospice Center. The role demands sensitivity and understanding as you assist both patients and their families through these difficult times, ensuring they receive compassionate care and support throughout their journey.

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical social work practice. \A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, establishing your expertise and professional credibility. \Preferred Experience\n While a minimum of three years’ experience is required, familiarity with working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
