Contractor Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily scheduling and dispatch of contractors to various job sites. Union experience is a plus.

Schedule and dispatch contractors to job sites based on project needs, priorities, and availability

Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, changes, or urgent requests

Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of assignments

Coordinate equipment and resource allocation to support job requirements

Experience in construction, field services, or equipment operations preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Customer-service oriented with a focus on clear communication and follow-through
