Do you love children? Dance Without Limits is seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist available on weekday mornings at our Greenville, SC location .
This rapidly growing company serves dance students ages 18 months to 18 years in the Greenville, SC area. We offer an inclusive, non-competitive program providing quality dance training in a family-friendly atmosphere. We serve a very diverse population of dance students, including students with different abilities and special needs.
This position exists to provide an excellent customer service experience for our dance families. Administrative tasks
Customer service
Welcoming students and families to our studio
Answering the phone
Back end of the office (JackRabbit dance studio software) - managing customers’ accounts, taking payments, registering students for classes, etc.
Assisting with admin related to two major stage performances a year
Knowledge of and ability to use Google Suite
Excellent tech skills - Ability to learn Asana project management software, Slack, and Jackrabbit dance studio software
Excellent communication skills - The ability to converse about dance with parents and convert prospects into students. The ability to be outgoing and proactive to build our student base through relationships.
Minimal supervision required
Flexible to the needs of the studio
Loves children and sees value and worth in all children
