Line/Prep Cooks full time

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will prepare food items according to established recipes and production standards while ensuring compliance with all food safety, quality, and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, follows procedures closely, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.
Prepare food items using approved recipes and production standards
Ensure proper food quality, portioning, and serving temperatures
Monitor and document food safety and quality parameters
Follow all Food Safety Plans (HACCP) and GMP requirements
Operate kitchen equipment and appliances according to company policies
Store food properly to prevent spoilage and maintain safe temperatures
Identify and report quality or safety concerns to supervisors
Support other departments as needed within the manufacturing facility
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in food manufacturing preferred
Understanding of cooking methods and food preparation procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
