Dietitian (Part-Time/Temp)

M-F shift times tbd

.30 Minute Unpaid Lunch Break

37.5 hrs-40 hrs or

2 Part-time positions 20hrs each

Job Duties:

Coordinate medical records for clinical nutrition; Ensure medical records reflect nutritional status of the individuals and meets OMH regulations; Maintain annual completion of assessments; Complete individual nutrition notes as established through priority risk of each individual; Attend treatment team meetings and discharge meetings; Complete annual assessments and progress notes; Process diet changes; Maintain monthly diet list and computer records; When assigned, conduct nutritional groups to clients; Ensure OMH regulations are adhered to and for overall nutritional health and safety of the individuals; Perform diet office duties in the absence of the Diet Technician; Make recommendations to the treatment team for

maintenance and/or improvement of nutritional status; Recommend changes to diet regimen to address nutritional concerns; and direct contact with the patient

Minimum requirements, including licenses and certifications: Registered Dietitian

Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience

Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.

Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
