We are currently seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to join our growing company. This position is permanent and offers a chance to work with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities: As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and purchases.
Managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Preparing financial statements and reports, detailing accounts receivable, accounts payable, profit and loss, and other financial activities within the organization.
Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports that provide valuable information for company decision-making.
Collaborating with the accounting team to conduct monthly and yearly audits.
Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and legal requirements.
Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Serving as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial issues.
The ideal candidate for the bookkeeper position will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably within the accounting and finance industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software.
Experience in inventory management and financial reporting.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
A strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
