Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Coordinator (IDD Services) who thrives in a people-centered, service-oriented role. In this position, you'll ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while supporting and leading the staff who make this work possible.
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a key role by:
Managing fiscal responsibilities, staffing authorizations, and oversight of personal funds, Social Security, and DDS eligibility
Conducting site visits to service recipients' homes and ensuring household compliance
Supervising and supporting direct support professionals and managing staff scheduling
Overseeing staff training requirements and participating in hiring and placement decisions
Coordinating services with healthcare providers and external partners
Building strong, professional relationships with individuals served, families, team members, and state/federal partners
4 years of combined college education and/or full-time experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
