Paralegal - Real Estate (Remote)

The Boarding Paralegal will be responsible for managing the initial stages of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases, including data input, document review, and file management. This role involves ensuring that loan data is accurately entered into CaseAware and other systems, processing status changes, and managing incoming mail. Create and establish new case files and ensure proper organization and categorization of all associated documents.

Review loan documents received to verify completeness and determine if additional documents are required.

Bachelor's degree preferred but relevant experience in the industry will be considered in lieu of a degree.
