Associate Attorney - Labor Law

Handle sophisticated labor and employment matters for employer clients

Gain meaningful responsibility in both litigation and advisory work

This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to deepen their L&E practice while working in a team-oriented environment that values initiative and sound judgment.

Defending employers in labor and employment litigation involving:

Discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims

Drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery

Representing employers in mediations, hearings, and administrative proceedings

Advising clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws

Assisting with workplace investigations and policy development

2–8 years of labor and employment litigation or advisory experience

Experience with federal and state employment laws (e.g., Strong legal writing and analytical skills
