Assembler's and Finisher's - 2nd Shift

Monday - Friday, Saturday OT once a month (every 3 weeks)
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:15PM - 12:45AM (Mandatory 10 hour shifts)
Saturday Overtime Shift: 8AM to 2PM
Our client in Newark, DE is looking to hire a 2nd Shift O' Ring Finisher . This is a temp to hire, entry level position.
Measure and inspect components using precision tools such as calipers, pi tapes, and other specialized equipment
Maintain accurate counts and documentation of parts throughout the production process
Operate sanding machinery to refine and finish components to quality standards
Perform part sizing using mandrels and banding techniques, including work with heated ovens as required
Receive hands-on training in Roll Flow operations
Set up and operate equipment by loading media stones and processing parts according to detailed work instructions and specifications
Collaborate with team members and support overall production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to different departments or tasks
Capable of performing physical movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 lbs
