Summary SYNERGY HomeCare of Santa Clarita is seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in dementia and memory care, mobility assistance, and safe transfers to provide high-quality, non-medical care to seniors in their homes.
This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident supporting clients with cognitive decline and physical limitations, while delivering care with patience, dignity, and professionalism.
Provide specialized dementia and memory care support , including redirection, routine reinforcement, and safety supervision
Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration needs
Preferred Skills & Experience Prior caregiving experience required (professional or personal)
Strong experience in dementia and memory care (highly preferred)
Experience with mobility care, transfers, and fall prevention
Familiarity with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, or hospice care
Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
Requirements Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration (or ability to obtain)
LiveScan Fingerprint Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Professional and personal references
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (when applicable)
Flexible scheduling
Ongoing training and support
Easy timekeeping and scheduling through our mobile app
