Join our mission to help individuals with mental illness and addictions lead healthy and productive lives. Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) has an immediate opening for an HR Recruiter/Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH.
This role supports both Talent Acquisition and core Human Resources functions, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.
Pioneer in behavioral health treatment for adults, children, and families

Recruitment & Hiring Support
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
Participate in social media recruiting efforts and attend job fairs
Track and coordinate intern onboarding
HR Operations & Administration
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Serve as a resource to staff regarding HR policies and procedures
Perform various administrative functions for Human Resources
Provide support across HR functional areas as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Open to candidates currently enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program
Minimum 2 years of administrative, office, recruitment, or HR experience required
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
