Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing

Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen accuracy

Maintain documentation and records in accordance with established procedures

Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience

Perform specimen collection and processing following clinical and forensic collection protocols

Travel to and support multiple patient service center and physician office locations as needed

Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Previous patient service center experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
