Head of Client Experience - Remote
LIGANOVA HORIZON
Drive the future of brand experience in Los Angeles: We are looking for an Experience Manager (all genders) to engage our community and bring automotive innovation to life. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully on-site role in LA under a US contract (no remote work). Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).
Customer Experience: Represent the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through our vehicles, exhibits, and services.
Guest Engagement: Create personalized customer journeys by welcoming guests and handling inquiries with a high level of service orientation.
Studio Operations: Support in-store events and ensure the space consistently reflects premium brand standards.
Customer Insights: Collect and document visitor feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role; a background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus.
Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation.
Hands‑on, confident, and proactive mindset with flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends).
Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Shape a next-generation automotive brand within a high‑visibility, premium environment.
Work within a dynamic, international network alongside diverse cross‑functional teams.
Collaborative environment with a strong focus on service excellence.
