Nighttime chef
Japan Foods Holding Ltd
Prepare and cook high-quality meals to meet menu standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Supervise kitchen staff and manage food inventory.
Develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is required.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in a high-paced kitchen.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in scheduling kitchen staff, strong cooking skills, and creativity in menu planning.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with long hours, including nights and weekends.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
