Experienced Toyota Service Advisor

Toyota of Olympia is looking for an experienced, professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.

Someone who understands how to create trust with customers, communicate effectively, manage a fast-paced workload, and consistently deliver an exceptional service experience while driving results.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in both customer satisfaction and performance.

Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming, high-trust service experience

Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs

Communicate clearly with technicians, parts, and customers throughout the repair process

Keep customers informed on timelines, approvals, and vehicle status updates

Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at vehicle delivery

Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-through

Maintain strong CSI performance and customer retention

Help manage workflow efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while working toward positive resolution

Builds trust naturally with customers

Understands the balance between customer advocacy and dealership profitability

Wants to build long-term relationships with both customers and coworkers

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required

Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes

Proven track record of strong customer satisfaction and sales performance

Ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers

High-volume Toyota dealership with strong customer retention

State-of-the-art facility and repair technology

Established customer base and consistent workflow

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Toyota of Olympia in Tumwater, WA.
