This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Traffic Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience with transportation and traffic engineering projects across the state, including work with FDOT and local municipalities.
Your Responsibilities as a Transportation/Traffic Engineer:
Prepare and manage FDOT Driveway Connection Permit applications, including technical documentation and coordination with FDOT reviewers.
Conduct operational analyses and traffic modeling using Synchro/SimTraffic , including scenario development and LOS evaluation.
Perform traffic signal design , including plans, timing sheets, and coordination plans in alignment with FDOT and local agency standards.
Prepare technical reports, design documents, and supporting calculations.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and permitting agencies.
Support multidisciplinary teams on transportation engineering projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in traffic or transportation engineering.
• MicroStation or AutoCAD (preferred)
