HR Employee Relations Rep - Senior

Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations

Develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to help ensure our staff and associates understand their job responsibilities.

Investigate associate issues, conflicts, and other policy violations while delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes.

Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation coaching and guidance.

Conduct daily walks throughout the entire facility, interact with all levels of employees, gain insights into areas for improvement, and proactively share feedback to the leadership team

Create and maintain a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain HR systems and processes

Conduct performance and salary reviews

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in human resources management, labor relation, or equivalent is preferred. Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant agencies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with computer skills. (MS Word and Excel)

Experience in human resources or related field.

Must be a team player, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Project management experience with multiple stakeholders — prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
