The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!
We invite you to join Four Seasons San Francisco at Embarcadero. Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. Settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
Makes change, cashes checks, and exchanges foreign currency. Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift.
resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone.
Previous luxury hotel front desk experience preferred.
Must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills.
Ideal candidates will be outgoing and enjoy helping others.
Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
You must possess the ability to work in a high volume operation.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule (holidays, and/or weekends)
Hourly Rate: 36.66
